First Post in 2017

I had a little crash and I think I need to share this in my blog.

Well, last week I just hit a man with my motorcycle on mastrip street. He fell down and he got some bruises. I don’t think that it was bad. Because I think it was just insical wound. It was morning and I was going to go to the college. I knew it was my fault, but hey I was not the one who was wrong there. The man just stopped in front of me and I just can’t help myself to hit him. So, it was fifty fifty then.

At that time I was able to escape -actually- (if I wanted to) but I was not going to because I knew that it was my responsibility. I asked apologize to him and he apologized me. I knew that it was not going to be easy. This man gave me his address (which mean he wanted me to go to his house for discussing about the compensation)

I went to his house about three time. First, at the first day I took care of him. I brought the first aid kid that I borrowed from my friend. The second day I kept visiting him because he kept sending message to me, even CALLING me! Which made me so uncomfortable. And the third day I went to his house because we fought at phone call. The man kept asking me for the compensation to his motorcycle that I had no idea what’s going on (because my motorcycle worse than his motorcycle – I mean, hey! His motorcycle is fine. It was just a little accident). I couldn’t give him the compensation because the fact is, I still run out of the money. I told him that i have no money, but he did not believe that. And that’s why i gave him guarantee by giving my saving book. Yup, I gave him my saving book so that he will shut up J

The thing is, I get annoyed by this man that kept asking me for the compensation (how the hell he doesn’t not understand that I am still a student that run out of money -who cares-)

The real story is more complicated than this. (it will be complex if i do a webcast -just kidding-). I put this in my blog because I know that there is no one will read this. At first, I have intention to put this on facebook/LINE. But I know it is going to be viral. And it’s going to be like “oh look that girl just hit a man”.

The Life Cycle Of Obelia

Obelia undergoestwo forms in its life cycle. They are polyph form and medusa form.

Polyph-formed obelia reproduces asexually by budding. That bud stays attached to the parental body until it forms a colony. In the colony there are two kinds of the polyph : those with tentacles and those without any tentacles.poliph lacking tentacles are for reproduction by forming medusa through budding. Medusa will be released from the polyph and then matures. Mature medusa produce sperms and ovum. Then they are released into the water and produces zygotes. Zygotes develop into cilliated larvae (planula). Planula attaches to sea floor or rocks and grow into mature Obelia polyph.

After that the cycle repeats.

Rawa Pening

Once upon a time, there was a little poor boy came into a little village. He was very hungry and weak. He knocked at every door and asked for some food, but nobody cared about him. Nobody wanted to help the little boy.

Finally, a generous woman helped him. She gave him shelter and a meal. When the boy wanted to leave, this old woman gave him a “lesung”, a big wooden mortar for pounding rice. She reminded him, “please remember, if there is a flood you must save yourself. Use this “lesung” as a boat”. The “lesung” was happy and thanked the old woman.The little boy continued his journey. While he was passing through the village, he saw many people gathering on the field. The boy came closer and saw a stick stuck in the ground. People challenged each other to pull out that stick. Everybody tried, but nobody succeeded. “Can I try?” asked the little boy. The crowd laughed mockingly. The boy wanted to try his luck so he stepped forward and pulled out the stick. He could do it very easily. Everybody was dumbfounded.

Suddenly, from the hole left by stick, water spouted out. It did not stop until it flooded the village. And no one was saved from the water except the little boy and the generous old woman who gave him shelter and meal. As she told him, he used the “lesung” as a boat and picked up the old woman. The whole village became a huge lake. It is now known as Rawa Pening Lake in Salatiga, Central Java, Indonesia.
